Nothing says 'happy holidays' like ordering someone a round of their favorite brew. While Rich Quick and Rediculus don't quite leave you with empty carbs under your tree this week, they do manage to give you the next best thing: some dope new music. On "Buy Me A Beer," New Jersey's Rich Quick spits about liquid confidence with a braggadocious charm. Chicago's Rediculus sonically matches his collaborator's charisma with an acoustic-guitar sampling instrumental that should go down just as smooth in a pair headphones as it will in a pint glass. "Buy Me A Beer" is a loosie for the fans, but stay tuned as the two collaborators release new music in 2015.
This is the 2nd single off the newly formed Platformz Records, and will appear on the upcoming album "In Response: Dee-Fi" releasing in February.
